My Dolomiti Card

The My Dolomiti Card is a handy, reusable plastic card. You can load your ski passes onto it online and head straight to the lifts – no need to queue. It also lets you track your performance and get discounts on your pass purchases.

You can apply for your My Dolomiti Card online and pick it up from a Pick-up Box once you arrive. Scan the QR code on your voucher and the ski pass will be automatically loaded onto your card. Already have a card from a previous holiday? Reuse it by entering the code during online purchases and help reduce waste!

If you buy your ski pass at least two days in advance and use your My Dolomiti Card, you’ll also get an instant 5% discount. And in both summer and winter, you can skip the queues at ticket counters and head straight for the slopes.

A personalised, rechargeable card that stores your Dolomiti Superski passes and gives you direct access to the lifts.


Where do I get a My Dolomiti Card?

Apply online or pick one up from a main sales point or Pick-up Box. It’s free with online purchases and season passes. For day/multi-day passes bought at a counter, there’s a €2 fee.

How do I use the My Dolomiti Card?

When you purchase a multi-day or day ski pass at least two days before the start date, you’ll receive a 5% discount with the My Dolomiti Card. Simply enter the card’s identification number during the booking process.

How long is the My Dolomiti Card valid?

The card is valid for multiple seasons. Once expired, you can simply request a new one.

Season passes

Depending on snow conditions, the Dolomites’ ski season starts in late November or early December and ends in April. If you visit frequently, a season pass is a worthwhile investment. They’re available for the entire Dolomiti Superski area or individual resorts. Prices vary and can be found on each resort’s info page or at the local sales offices.

You can also buy a season pass for one area plus 4 days valid across the entire Dolomiti Superski network – ideal for trips like the Sellaronda ski tour.

Trentino

With a Dolomiti Superski pass, you also get 5 free day passes for various ski areas in Trentino – these are automatically stored on your My Dolomiti Card.

Superski Family

Superski Family is a family-friendly, customisable pass valid across the entire Dolomiti Superski area. Each person receives a set number of ski days loaded onto their personal My Dolomiti Card, to be used flexibly throughout the season. Families must include 3 to 8 paying members. There's no distinction between adults, seniors and juniors. Children born between 2017 and 2021 ski for free with the Superski Family pass if a parent buys into the pass scheme.

Where is the Superski Family ski pass available?

To register a new Superski Family, the head of the family must go to one of the central issuing offices together with all the necessary documents and apply for the ski passes on site.

Is the Superski Family ski pass transferable?

No, the Superski Family ski pass is not transferable: Every ski pass issued as part of Superski Family is personalised. It is labelled with a name and photo and cannot be passed on to third parties. It does not matter whether they are family members or members of another family group.

How many days can be purchased?

Between ten and twenty ski days can be purchased for each family member belonging to a Superski Family.


What happens to the remaining days of the winter season?

All ski passes issued as part of Superski Family can be used until the last lift closes at the end of the season. Remaining days will not be refunded and will not be carried over to the next season.

Ski Pass: Points Card

The points card is a transferable pass loaded with a prepaid number of units, offering a more affordable alternative to single-day tickets. Each lift ride deducts a number of units. This pass is especially popular in summer when lifts are used less frequently during hikes.

Discounts

Dolomiti Superski offers a variety of discounts – for children, youths, seniors, families with babies, large families and groups of 21 or more. People with disabilities, ski/snowboard instructors and mountain guides can also benefit. Check your eligibility before purchasing, as refunds are not possible afterwards.
